The suite bedroom was basic. There were mold in the bathroom wall. There were stains on the bedroom carpet floor. Just need some maintenance work done. The receptionist's were polite and nice.

The breakfast for 15 bucks looked unreasonable. You get the same kinda things at any hotel where breakfast is included. If you are charging then your menu should be little more extensive

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The property inside looked great, but the property outside was getting some work done and wasn't marked off. Someone could have easily tripped and fallen. I love the late check in with the deposit boxes. It made things go so easily. My only complaint is that we were on the first floor and wecould definitely hear the people above us pacing. Also, we heard every time their water was turned on. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was in a great location downtown, with many restaurants and bars closeby. The room was quiet and comfortable, although a little stuffy. The a/c just couldn ’t keep up with 100 degree weather outside. The hotel is older and in need of some renovation (carpets), and our shower had not been cleaned prior to check in (hair stuck to the walls, and on the drain, yuck!). However, hard to beat the price for the location!
